Do you provide custom gift boxes?

Currently we only offer custom orders on orders of 5 or more gift boxes. However, if there is something you would like to add to the gift box personally or request an item be added or exchanged, please contact us via email and we can try to accommodate the request!

Where do we deliver/ship?

We ship throughout Canada. Please see our shipping page for details. If you would prefer to pick up your gift, please contact us via email to arrange free pickup.

As a Canadian business/maker, how can I work with you?

We are always looking for new local and Canadian vendors. Please contact us and we can explore whether we are a good fit for each other

Can I include a personal message to a gift box?

Yes, we include a handwritten note with every gift box. At checkout, please select the note card you would like to include and enter your message in the text box to be handwritten on the card.

Are you able to accommodate bulk orders?

Absolutely! If you would like to order 5 or more boxes, please select the Corporate and Weddings tab (need to confirm this tab) on the home page and complete the form to get the process started!

Can you do multiple address orders?

Please contact us via email if you have more than one box going to the same address or more than one box going to multiple locations and we will provide a more accurate shipping quote.

Can we add a logo/personalization to any gift?

Yes! Please contact us via email with the details that you would like to add and on what items. We will try to accommodate your request.
